MANUFACTURING

As Günal Gemi, we process the materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cunife, casting, pprc, sandstone, aluminium, copper, etc. in compliance with world standards based on your requirements and deliver to you in the fastest and highest quality manner.

Our company is certified by DNV-GL and RMRS Lloyds. All manufactures are made according to the appropriate WPQRS.

Welders of our company are also certified by DNV-GL, RINA and TURKISH LLOYD. A total of 200 employees, including our plant and the employees of the shipyard, are working at the manufacturing stage.

Our main manufacturing fields are :

• Pre-manufacture of pipes,
• Gas lines,
• Pressure vessels,
• All these are industrial projects.

ASSEMBLY

As Günal Gemi, we serve in new building and repair ships. Our company took part in the assembly of many military projects. We also work on industrial projects, refinery lines, and natural gas pipelines.

TWe work in all shipyards including Sedef, Kuzeystar, Rmk, Anadolu, Gemak, Tuzla Gemi, Ada, Dearsan in the Tuzla region. The Günal Gemi leads the industry with its 600-strong workforce.
